Returns & Cancellations
We will replace, at our expense, any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. If the wine is no longer available, you may choose another comparable replacement or a refund. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is compromised, "corked" or flawed. We do not refund for wine that was damaged due to weather conditions during shipment, unless we are solely responsible for sending your wine without notification. Please be aware of selecting priority shipping during adverse weather months - ground shipping may not be safe for your wine. Please be sure someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment upon first delivery attempt to avoid the package remaining on the delivery truck unecessarily. We do not refund for wine that is ordered in error. Please double-check your order at the time of purchase. If you need to cancel a processed order, you must call us immediately. If your order has already cleared our fulfillment warehouse, we will determine if you are eligible to return the wine, but all shipping charges will apply.
